Hi All, thought i may as well join after looking at all the posts on this great vista of information!

got the bug again! need to visit Cyprus again..... after last years airline fiasco with CTA again. Was one of the lucky ones though, managed to get there and get back in the middle of all the strikes, takeover's etc etc Many many thanks to Belgin at CTA holidays, without her help would not have got out there let alone back. Any news on the "new CTA" ? anyone stepping in the shoes?

Why risk it? I'd say don't bother with any 'CTA' replacement, there are plenty of competitive flights on offer.

You know what Groucho, you are right, for years i have travelled with CTA - it's always been on a wing and a prayer. Last year was miserable not knowing whether we were flying or not, don't want that grief again.

what would be your recomendation - we are not travelling until end of September / begining of October.

I always go by Pegasus and have got a ticket for a months visit July-Aug..£210. Great price



Never fly any others as I never fly from South side.By the time you include the expense of getting to South and Back add that to the flight and you may as well come straight to the North..The hour waiting in Turkey soon goes by while the load and reload before you know it your off again..I have found it to be a good airline.
