I do hope you are waiting until the dog is at least 8 weeks old. This is the earliest time that they should leave their mother.

I recently bought a German Shepherd.

akryyvc.........we know what German Shephers looks like, you don't need to let us see examples. How you could be so vile as to try and sell these puppies when they are only 2 weeks old. I don't know whether you are from one of the Pet shops which are springing up all over the area but I sincerely hope not. Please take your disgusting trade elsewhere.

Tango i agree with you HOW. they and I didn't know it until Max turned up on my doorstep my fa vs also. Hoe the F can anyone sell them so young away from their mammy. You have no market on here mate as we all care for the well being of animals not farm them out for money. However I do know many Tcs read this so maybe they wont research and buy a designer dog instead of a handbag or glasses

Simbas, I take your point .....however it is extremely concerning regarding the increasing number of pet shops which are opening all over the place. Most of them look clean and tidy etc., etc., but a number of them keep the pets in dreadful conditions behind the scenes. Puppies and kitten in tiny, tiny cages in full sun with insufficient space to move. Young but full size small dogs kept in puppie cages. No water and not cleaned out. Pups and kittens mixed up in the same cages. Fish in tanks where there are dead fish as well. Birds in full sun and no shade. I could go on and on. There is no regulation and to the best of knowledge no-one officially checks them out. One of the worst offenders (that I have seen at least) is the man that sells young animals etc at the Wednesday market. I screamed at him once when he kicked a starving stray so hard he cracked a rib.

Hi Tango , It must be so distressing to see any animal kiept in those kind of conditions , and so distressing for the animals themselves , there is no excuse for that . We have a place in the Bogaz area and have never seen any pet shops at all , there or Famagusta , must be some i'm sure .

Take care , Simbas

here we go AGAIN..........the so called 'pet' lovers, who drop them and leave at any given time are on the go AGAIN.

Why should anyone has to have 'your' left overs?and how many pedigree dogs have you ever seen at kars?(none).Do you wander why?

I have 4 pedigree dogs, bought 2 and rescued the other 2,from brits going back and I'would NOT touch a mongel with a barge pole.So you can take all your negative comments about people with pedigree dogs and shove them where the sun don't shine!

Oh,and in case you are not aware, breeders start to advertise their puppies for sale even before they are born, all over the world.Only to be picked up once they are ready.
