Mx6,

It's 'affect' not 'effect'. I know your first language is Russian now.

P.S. I'm going to support Adonis as well as Alfonso today.

looking at the article it seems to me your problem is not "turkish settlers"

assuming they can be simply filtered out as a discrete clearly-defined group

most of us know couples where one partner is turkish and one cyprus-born

so, following the judgement of solomon, their child could be divided in half,

and one part despatched to mersin on the mainland, one part kept in cyprus

no, your biggest problem is time or vremya, as the russians say:

thirty-six years of divergence and no sign at all of anything changing

already it's almost a case of "will the real turkish cypriot please stand up"

what with london tc's, australian tc's, increasingly turkified north cypriots,

families of mainland ancestry who breath trnc air, let alone 7000 expats

but in south cyprus, the number of foreign-born residents is greater yet

...I'm not surprised you are embarrassed

As you WELL now, my embarrassment was the use of effect instead of *affect* in the title..

Therefore, you 'contribution' and it's relevance to any meaningful discussion is 'noted'.... pass me the 'round-file', please ;)

In all countries, we fool ourselves that who we vote in will make a difference. It makes very little difference. The real power is with non-ellected people and there is no policy change. More of the same I am afraid. I just hope the the UN gives up on the failed policies of the last 47 years and actually does something constructive to help rather than dig a bigger hole for us all.

Dear Clarissa, I know you do not know me, but I am openning a Wine Bar and I do interested in Classical music that you can play with piano.

Here is my mobile number 0542 868 5115.

I do not mean that I want you to play piano in my wine bar if you don not want to...

We do like classical music with piano, maybe you could give us an idea about where we could find people to play.

please call us.

Yours sincerely,

AJ,

re 10

What is 'incredible' is that this EXACTLY demonstrates why you are a 'contentious mod'... you even 'try' to 'dictate' how people must post...!

WHERE is the 'rule' that says threads cannot 'wonder' ..?

I started the thread and note you didn't mention anything about the subject, either.... ;)

Gee, I don't know sixems, you'd think after being picked up with a spelling error in one post, you'd be careful not to make another.....

You DID mean 'wander' rather than 'wonder', didn't you?

message 11,

I think you should be happy you've got eleven "replies" on this thread markus sixtemus,

even if four of them are from yourself

for it is without any doubt, a totally irrelevant topic, encouraging jaw-dislocating yawns

...and I say that with the greatest of respect

andre

Re : Msg 8,

Bacchus ( love the name!), I've sent you email with the phone number.

Re : Msg9,

mx6, of course I'm perfect. That was a typo. (BTW, enjoyed immensely yesterday Alfonso overtaking Gnome at the very start!).

Re: Msg 10,

AJ, they are not 'supposed'. I hope to play Chopin's Concertos and Mozart's Prelude for you one day after the discussion of some finer points of 'War and Peace' by Leo Tolstoy .

Love to all,

Clarissa
