Hi Moggie,

Not too sure about a Goldwing Club.

There is 1 Goldwing here already.

This is an old post, but these guys are still about...

On the Isle of Wight there is a big Honda Goldwing rally every year. Participants come from all over Europe. Perhaps they could be tempted to venture to the TRNC.

Hi caulkhead I think that an event like that in the TRNC would be a great way to show how friendly and welcoming people are in the TRNC and what a lovely place it is, you never know someone might just arrange it.

I tried to import my Harley Davidson Electroglide Ultra into the TRNC.

I was asked to Pay £18,000 import duty ! ( Value £22000)

The roads here are also not conducive to big bikes, due to the amount of GRAVEL in the roads,(especially at road junctions), some large potholes, and the general state of non main roads which have been "Dug-UP" many times and then not re-tarmacked properly.

I returned my bike to the UK.

Nearest one may be Istanbul i think, lots of goldwings there. yours should at least qualify as a classic, so importation and road tax should be cheaper

Msg 11.

You are just being vindictive.

The poster wasn’t referring to TQB...............

Any post relating to something you do not agree with has to be chastised.

The guy wants advice on a motor bike and there is a member

on here and Glencoe site that can provide advice.

Please stop interjecting on all threads where you think you do harm.

You are a liar and we all know that.

You told us.

Please detest your hatred fuelled posts.

NN - Msg 2 - Stick to your cut & paste jokes, these are often quite funny regardless where you get them from: However your cheap & deliberate sabotage of genuine posts is mindless, boring & rude. As well as many well known issues, the TRNC has may unique benefits & if you are too 'negative' to find them, then I feel sorry for you...

Hi Moggie

Have been told there was someone asking about bike club here

The Harley shop in Girne now have rides out on Sunday and have a calender of event going on throughout the year

There is no Goldwing clubs here at the moment but if you fetch yours there will be 2

I have a 1980 plain Jane original speck wing

as said in earler post roads here are not great and the wings are made for touring so some ride can be hard

I am lucky east side new road section constructed so nice runs toward the Karpaz

Hope this help
