A polite reminder of next Hearing for K5 in North Cyprus

his is just to remind those of you who support, or would like to support Kulaksiz 5.



The next hearing is on Thursday 26th May 2011 at 2.00 p.m. I will point out that it will be highly unlikely that there will be enough room in the courtroom for more than the legal teams and the K5 vicitms and a reporter or 2.



It is very pleasant outside with benches at the front and cafe in the courtyard at the back.

Elko2 according to Paulines previous report on the last visit to the court , on north cyprus free press, it was Judge Talat Usar who was hearing the case.

Yes that is correct. Judge Talat Usur - seems very nice.



Another development, I had a call from the police at Kyrenia today. Seems they are keeping tabs on everything I write so I have given them more to look at - read my latest article on NCFP about that call.

It is back up and running normally - great.

Well tomorrow is the day.



On Monday I received an e mail from Mr. Denktas who said that if it were at all possible he would attend the Hearing. Clearly now with his health issues, this will not be possible.



May God grant Mr. Denktas a speedy recovery.

Today is the day. I know it is still only the begininng of what will be a long battle. That we will win eventually

is all that keeps us going. It will be a hollow victory if even one more of ust does not live to see it. Do I think

we will ever get justice in the TRNC - no. That we should is a given, but I think it will be down to the ECHR

TO DO THE RIGHT THING.
