how rubbish is Extend

rubbish internet connection constantly - any recommendations for alternative supplier. Its beyond a joke - payiong for 1mb - just check on speedtest - getting 10% of that - again!!

We have absolutely no problems with Extend(famous last words I know) Its so quick these days that we were watching live TV from UK today via MPN i.e. Formula1 and Tennis from France. Can't fault it.

We are quite happy with our Extend package, obviously there are the odd occasions when there is a glitch, as with so many other mediums of communication. Our neighbours have the TV package and are just as happy with theirs. If we do have a long fault we contact our agent and she is brilliant. I am sorry that you are having the problems you are as I cannot help you with suggestions of another server - good luck.

Where is your dish pointed to, the Pia Bella, Cratos or the Malpas?

We use Gwyn as an agent with Extend and she is brilliant.

We recently had your problem and she got extend out and they pointed our dish from Pia Bella to the Malpas and most of the time the connection is good.

i left extend 2yrs ago , moved over to kktc internet never had any problems since, i found the service appalling could never ever get them on the phone spent a small fortune listing to there crap tapes.

We've been with Extend for years, ever since they were known as Ayzanet. There were hiccups from time to time but if in the event anything happens, then we contact Gwynn (the Agent) and it's put right. However, we haven't had to contact her for over a year now. Speed is great, hence webcam and Skype are usually excellent, so is live TV during the weekend when Commercial people are switched off!! As someone said earlier, make sure you're pointed to the correct mast. BTW if you go through Gwynn, then you don't have to listen to hours of nonsense on their answering system!!
