It could be a vernacular thing made confusing to outsiders by use of the wrong word i.e. "know" instead of "no'" (not, Scots). Although the last word may just be plain wrong (hear/here). We used to be famous for our standards of education.

I'm still here live 'n' kicking



Sadly mother-in law died last week so things been pretty hectic what with the funeral and clearing her flat etc etc.



Anyway hoping to now try and get back to normal with a trip to NC in early Nov. Have to say I am really looking forward to meeting you all soon....Jock perhaps you could arrange for one of our donkeys to meet me at the airport.
