can anyone recommend an electrician to fit 5 ceiling fans - location turtle bay village esentepe , will be arriving sunday 29th may for 10 days if we are not grounded by ashcloud !

You don't need an electrician, they are really easy to fit, a bit a fiddely, but not difficult, save yourself some money and try it yourself, they use the same supply as the existing lights live to live, neutral to neutral and earth to earth.

The only thing you have to be really careful about is making sure they are securely fitted to the ceiling. When ours are going hell for leather, they sometimes resemble a plane taking off.

Tango1, quite right some secure fixings are needed, thats the tricky part, the electric conection is easy.
