Lost channel 4 and ITV

Seem to have lost channel 4 and all the add on channels with my 1.8m dish. Can anyone please send the FORMULA and frequencies to reinstall.

Thanks and hope you dont think I am ungrateful I was more looking for instructions from add channels on the sky menu. The frequencies installed last year now dont seem to work.

find add channels on your sky box, put the freqency 12.402 vertical then scroll down and then put in 27500 2/3 and hit the find[yellow on hd box] button and itv channels will be there for you to save, although the may not be your local area in the uk.



then put in frquency 12480.00 vertical scroll down to put in 27500.2/3 then hit find button and you will get channel 4 and other variations of channel 4 i.e more4 etc.

What SKY receiver have you got ? ( SKY digi box - without record facility / SKY+ ( silver -metal construction / SKY HD black - with record facility )



Then I'll post the instructions for your receiver

do you mean the added channels are there ( under other channels) - but they don't work



OR



The channels aren't in the other channels menu

I have a black/silver HD box ( with record facility ) the other channels are there but just do not work.

I havent lost any of the normal channels its the other channels that are all gone ie, channel 4 itv. When I go to other channels they are there as such but when I click they do not appear.



When I enter 124.02 ( instead of 12.207) which normally shows in frequency I then hit the yellow search and it comes up No Signal press back upto return

and search ( yellow) - this should find ITV1 Central E - amongst other things highlight this and press yellow to tick it and then press select twice... then SKY and try to view it using services , other channels



IF you can't see this channels , talk me through what you get, please

Pleased to tell you I am now back on ITV CHANNEL 4. I thought I would closed down the Sky Box and restart it, and it worked. Thank you very much for your kindness Dannyr also.
