If anyone is interested in yoga classes I teach traditional Mysore style Ashtanga Yoga as originates from Mysore India.I am a qualified Yoga Alliance Teacher and practice in London with Hamish Hendry at Ashtanga London also study with Sharath Rangasway and Saraswati in India.



I am available for private classes and also teach on Tuesday mornings at the Mecure Hotel 10:15am. Classes are by appointment only. Please contact Lucy for further information 0533 821 6026



I am also qualified to teach childrens yoga and have a degree in youth and community work.

Hi the classes at the Mecure areThursday mornings. It is 25tl per person. I am also available for private classes at 125tl per hour. If you have a few people to get together this you can share the cost of the hourly rate.
