hi i have a 2 bed bungalow at the very top of catalkoy. it is a lovely place very big rooms open plan kitchen living room. 1 double room, 1 single altough the single is big enough for a double bed. its on a site of 49 bungalows the site is not completely finished like most things in cyprus. but there are about 14 using there homes. it has a large garden i havent done much with it as im not really green fingered. im moving to an apartment abit closer to my family.

We can do it fully furnished thats not a problem but it does not include a TV. i am look for £300 PCM plus water and electric bill. but im willing to negotiate. there is a service charge for the security guard/ maintance man but i will pay him that wont be in the price. are you looking to rent or buy? water is about 25YTL a month never really any more that. we are looking to move asap when are you looking to move in? is there any thing else you would like to know?

I have 2 kids ..3.5 years old and 1.5 years old....I want them to learn turkish language...and know the culture of the country....Do you know any apartments in Karsiyaka that is near the school....and how much, please guide I am still in Canada willing to move in February....What is the best way for them to learn the language> Is there any preschool around...

yes there are pre schools in karsiyaka kings court is good. as for renting im not sure you sould ask KORINA estate agents they have plenty of rental properties in that area.

the bast way for them to learn turkish is to send them to a turkish speaking school. they wont forget english as you speak it at home.

Kings Court is in Alsancak not Karsiyaka. I don't think there is any pre-school in Karsiyaka.

I need some help on how to start a life in Karsiyaka, apartment furnished to start one or 2 bedroom will be good. Is there a way you can help me on this....At what grade Junior kindergarden starts in karsiyaka? Thanks.

I don't have children so I really am not the right person to be talking to about schooling. You will also have difficulty finding an apartment in Karsiyaka as there really aren't any here at the moment. You may be better off looking in Lapta or Alsancak.



Sorry I can not be more positive but I'm sure someone will be able to advise you about pre-schools for your children.
