Well done Andy... world number 4, let's hope he continues to build on his rise to the top... Nadal, well he'll prove a threat.. if he can stop scratching his bum... is that an annoying habit or what? Federer... well, maybe he's on his way down... happens to them all in the end

Simon Schama assures us that Obama will win. The gap is narrowing He has not put a foot wrong - so far! I can hardly believe McCain's choice of running met - complete disaster.

Lewis will be fine unless the rest of the field start gunning for him. If he gets paranoid its only because they have reportedly stated aims to deliberately slow him down... it's an offence in racing but he should take a leaf out of Jackie Stewart's career and learn how to win whilst going as slow as possible... If he had suffered the puncture his team had it would have been a very different race in China. Murray has more to come... Henman always looked like he needed some more self-belief and crumpled.. apart from one Paris Masters title. To be world no 4 in the illustrious company he's in is a great achievement... Forget all this Scotland v Enlgand nonsense.. it's only the press trying to make trouble by asking loaded questions to an emotional winner.. e.g Having just one a hard fought contest and being pumped up..."Andy, are you proud to be Scottish and not English?" to which he's meant to answer.... what?
