John, if you pop into see Sall in Argos'r'us next to the Turkish Bank in Karakum he might be able to help.

He sells some upmarket barbees but if he doesn't have one he probably knows where you can get them.

I am looking for the economy end of the market. I saw one being used at the Esentepee festival, it looked simple and would be great..

You can find them and the fittings in the south at home centre but they are not cheap now.

Its better to buy the turkish ones its dos'nt feel like a bbq if your not getting your fingers burnt.

So far I have had no luck. Shame I would have liked one, but do not plan to go South .... So it is burnt fingers.

Get someone to bring you the motor from the UK. Usually a caravan and camping shop. You just insert the skewer into the motor and put on the BBQ. Around £5 I think
