Extend Broadband .... Again

Have just spent the last 12 minutes listening to music on the phone from Extend. For the last week I have been losing my signal ( From Cratos ) but it has been very bad this morning so decided to phone and gave up after 12 minutes with a sore ear.

Is anyone else having problems at the moment ?



If anyone at Extend reads this perhaps they could call me, Bob Carnduff, Ozankoy. You have my number.

Why don't you just change to 3G. It is so much easier.



You can buy it from Turkcell. I gave up on Extend a few years ago and have had no problems whatsoever with 3G.

I am in Ozankoy, fine for me, sorry you are having problems, Extend are OK most of the time.

Do you have a wireless router? If so, it could be playing up... every now and again we have to give ours a boot up the backside (well, we disconnect its power supply just to let it know who's the boss) and hey-presto! It's back...
