I agree, I saw him in a cash in the attic programme, I was amazed at his sense of humour and determination to do the marathon - well done Eddie!

Don't want to jump in as i have posted on this topic before, but ten days after the marathon i saw Eddie and his helper in Woolwich, at this time he had completed 3 miles in the 10 days. Chatted with him and his helper and was very humbled by Eddie, although he could not respond he could hear and understand everything and can remember his smiling and still very youthful face. asked his helper if he thought that it was not going to be a bit to much of a challenge for Eddie and his opinion was that Eddie was really up for it at which Eddie's face lit up.....Well done Eddie and all concerned!!!! ....thats real courage!
