I am seeking to sell 2 x 2 bedroom apartments from phase 1 of the Caesar Resort development. The apartments are in Constantine and Caudia blocks and are unfurnished.



I purchased 3 apartments last year and am a permanent resident on site in one of them, am seeking to pursue a business opportunity overseas which is the reason behind the sale.



Am prepared to let either property go for £40,000 in order to achieve a quick sale, this is quite a significant saving on the £47,000 - £49,000 price tag being advertised for these 2 bedroom apartments through agents.

I bought apartment in Augustos blockl and will be there 24 June. I need a furniture. Do yuo have some furniture and kitchen utensils for sale ?

Both flats are unfurnished so unfortunately I don't have any furniture or kitchen utensils for sale.

The apartments are both on the fourth floor of Claudia and Constantine. Both have good mountain and sea views.
