Your help and support is much appreciated. Sorry I didnt get to see you, I had some bad news from home and am now flying back for a week.

Glad you got everything on Monday with no problems, we have had 18 boxes stored with jo valentine since the end of April and no sign or even an email to say when we'll be getting ours or when its even being shipped out. Its the lack of information which is frustrating. So come on Jo, give us a call or an email, I'm running out of clothes.

Moving house is one of the most stressful times of your life - and overeas even more so - the lack of communication ( Cyprus end ) from these guys in my experience is not good - I am still waiting for a quote ( been about 4 weeks now ) and all of my stuff has already been shipped to Turkey - by someone else.



Not good - come on Jo - need to check out the Cyprus office !!!!

Well, I sent an email to this company ten days ago. No reply! maybe they are on holiday! if so,then they should reply with an automated email telling the customer that they are away from the office. Anybody with a quality business should be doing this. Producing a fancy website is one thing, backing it with good comunications is another

So who deserves the business?

I am, amongst others, are interested in shiping goodr to the TRNC

I have refrained from saying anything about Jo Valentines until now but I could not recommend them. Our experience with them was an absolute disaster from beginning to end. As previous posters have said, emails go unanswered and when they eventually do, you still don't get any sense from Jo.

I am looking for a load from UK to TRNC I have A long wheel base mercedes sprinter and move people either in that or by container. I am here in TRNC at the moment having just delivered another load and would like to find someone who needs a vanload bringing out in August.

Jo Valentines! Lost boxes no communication, no one this end had to sort out myself. Also insurance not worth paper its printed on and you don't get a copy of policy - wonder why???? (Charge £450 for insurance and couldn't claim)

You clearly have a problem and this is of concern to us. We requested and received proof of your delivery and you have signed a clean delivery note. This would have made any insurance claim impossible – had you ever paid for any, which you didn’t. Although why it should be important I can't imagine as you have never reported to us that you had anything missing or damaged. In fact on the subject of lack of communication we have not received a single email from you since your goods were delivered. If you did have a problem you should have reported to us it in a civilised manner, not continue sniping at us nearly a year later and boring the Cyprus44 members with your whining. It's members like you that are getting Cyprus 44 the reputation of being a bear pit, so please allow it to return to being a source of accurate and helpful information.

You must remeber Jo that it was ourselves and our neighbour that shared the container and boxes were lost and our neighbours insurance was never upheld. I had a box that was missing for days and it was the shipping agent over here we contacted to find it as your agent was nowhere to be seen, from the day we arrived.
