Has he been neutered? If so he is far less likely to roam

Any news on your cat yet ????

I had a neutered male go missing for about 5 days in the UK......he came back, very thin and starving. I think he had got locked in somewhere.

You need to check all the sheds and garages, or empty houses in your area.

Good luck.

Any news yet?

Just keep looking and asking ALL neighbours etc. to check sheds outhouses etc.

Don't be shy about this as he may be locked in somewhere!

Hi I do so hope that you find him/ A black and white tabby was on my patio this morning upon my return from The UK.He appears to have been there for a few days as it has clawed the flyscreen.God love it it just sits outside. I have fed and watered it but scared for him as we have now collected our 3 rebels from the Top Dog Hotel. If anyone has lost this beauty please call me on 05338336911. To top it all people renting a villa behind us called to say a puppy very tame had turned up, they were told I may take it.Or help them with it. Cant win x

Some 2 years ago we looked after our neighbour's cats for a fortnight in her absence and the day before her return one of the male cats disappeared. After a week or so my neighbour said that she had come to terms with the fact that she would never see him again and we should not blame ourselves. We remained mortified and I continued to spend hours trekking through ravines and every heavy undergrowth I could find. After six weeks the cat walked into our neighbours kitchen, thin, and waiflike but with an attititude which seemed to say "no problem". Since, he still wanders from time to time but always returns. Obviously it can not be known for certain that your pet will return but never give up hope as there have been numerous instances of cats returning home even after years of absence. We hope your luck changes very soon.

Don't want to get your hopes up, but we have just returned from staying in a villa in Edremit, on the Santa Fe Diamond Village behind the Hideaway, and a little tabby, the image of Tigger, was hanging round the pool area all week. He was very friendly, seemed very well cared for, if a little thin and he was very hungry. We fed and watered him for the week and were sorry to leave him, but obviously had no way of knowing who he belonged to. Bit of a way from Alsancack, but worth investigating to see if it's Tigger. Best of luck,

Jayne

Hi Sandra, yes we did leave a note asking if they could feed the cats. There was another one, pure white female, not bad condition but not as healthy looking as the tabby. She was also very friendly and obviously used to humans. They seemed to come alternatively to each other, never together. The last time we saw the tabby was Saturday lunchtime, just before we left and he had a good feed! I really hope this is yours, keep us informed.Best wishes,

Jayne
