barbaros

Is the temperature inside your the fridge/freezer normal?

If there is a cooling problem, the unit might run constantly because it is not reaching the desired temp to stop the compressor..

If there is no cooling problem and the compressor runs constantly, usually ice is built up somewhere inside.

Barbaros, a tip that I picked up from the "Caped Crusader", Check the seals are functioning correctly and that there is airflow (ie the vents at the top of the freezer compartment(inside) are not obscured by goods stored within),Defrost it, pour a kettle of boiling water down the drain hole(normally back of freezer compartment) to ensure that there are no blockages(undo the panel at the back(bottom normally). and watch the drip tray for flow, if that still doesn't solve the problem, you need to call .............DA, DA, DOM!!!! "The Caped Crusader", as per msg 4. ;)
