Pool measures 10 x 4 and is newly tiled. Very Mature low maintenance gardens with many special plants. Can be sold fully furnished as furniture is all nearly new. Recent work completed on the villa includes a fully refurbished pool. roof tank, water pump, and is currently in the process of a complete outside repaint. UK owned since 2006 with paperwork all being completed in 2008. Photo's can be sent on request but a visit would be best option as I do not expect it to be here for long at this price.



I am pricing the villa for a quick sale, best price on the island at offers over £105,000.

All Documents in order and all taxes paid. Mains Electricity and water.



Transfer of property can be completed without a problem.
