| Go down the main street from the Belediye, and then turn left as though you were going to the 1001 shop.
Just after the shop selling suitcases etc on the left hand side there are some steps up into a passage. There is a very good haberdashery shop there on the left hand side. It's about 5 shops down. (Don't know what it is called though). Ask for "tuhafiye" shop. |

| There is a shop by Lapta belediye Chris.Just before the little island where you park your car,on the right hand side.It's the first shop on that parade going up or last one coming from belediye building,only this time it'd be on your left. |

| There is a chap at Lambousa Market who sells all kinds of sewing essentials. He has Singer sewing needles - I bought some from him a few weeks ago. |
