It also is free to watch - if you have a 1.8m dish and any old SKY box - no sub needed ..



tune to BBC News 24 ( channel 503 on SKY - sorry forget the freesat channel )



press the red button



enter 3001, then select



Coverage starts an hour before the race and is followed by the F1 forum .. NO -one covers F1 better than the Beeb...



Also available via iplayer - if you have a UK VPN..

Sorry, been out. Normally on Abu Dhabi Sport. No channel number just do a search for the sport channels (there are only about 9 with "Sport" in the title and save them to fav's, then whip through them to see whats on. Before the F1 there is normally an hour or two of other motor racing anyway.

AD Sports 2 (Abu Dhabi Al Riyadiya 2) Nilesat Did.

Not English though. :-(

Had AD Sports 2 on the TV, sound on PC from BBC1 & 2 via VPN

Was a long time in getting started, but what a race, best in years.

Made all the better with the change in weather, wrong tyre choices etc.

Well done Jensen Button, what a finish, from last to 1st!

5 pit stops & a drive through penalty,

must be a record for an F1 winner in modern times?

I know Valencia's the next race, F1 GP of Europe,

but after watching the Moto GP/125cc @ Silverstone yesterday,

there's much more chance of rain at Silverstone than Valencia in Spain

I don't know how ANYONE could call a race where a guy goes from last to first - having had punctures, penalties, been nearly knocked out of the race, and five plus pit stops as 'inferior'... ;)

It will be drier on sat am and only then we might see how the absence of blown diffusers has really effected the teams...





Mercedes always seem to flatter to deceive on Fridays - I wonder if they will really come through this weekend
