WEe are coming out to North Cyprus on Wednesday and I need your advice regarding the most appropriate satellite system, cost etc so it would be helpful to call in if possiblr

I know there have been a number of threads on this topic but, without any knowledge of the range of systems, I have found them hard to follow.



I don't especially want sky but I suppose I will be looking for the most economical system which gives a good range of English language channels.

ill break it down for u so u can understand, you got sky which u will need a min 1.8mt to get most of the channels or at least 4mt to get bbc and itv, the other option is to go for a system which is called card sharing with this u will need the internet because the sat box is connected to the line so it can unlock the channels, the other option is which i talk about this system consits of two dishes one pointed at hotbird and the other nilesat (name of satelittes) you will need a sat box best to go for is the next ye2000 fta then once you have this installed i provide a service which opens at least 30 or so english channels movies, general entertainment, music, sports, discovery channels and many more i do charge a fee for this, i send you the software to update the box thru a memory stick and also guide you thru the whole process via skype or msn or phone if you want to know even more please dont hesitate in contacting me for further info either on the forum or email
