what can i expect

Ive just come back from holiday where i met this really nice guy who is turkish. We spent almost my 2 weeks together but I've heard so much from people telling me how badly they treat us english girls. can anyone enlighten me as to what i can now expect?I know it will be hard living so far apart from each other. Are they really as bad as what people make them out to be? I am 28 he is 25.

Is he Turkish or Turkish Cypriot, because there is generally quite a difference. Also has he only lived here, or has he lived abroad at any time, again that makes a difference.

oh my god! these are all negative comments! Why is everybody so negative? Is there something i should know? He is turkish, so does this make him worse than turkish cypriots or what?

Help me please. I know i will always have good memories, but are you trying to tell me it's not possible to have a serious relationship between an english woman and a turkish guy? why do people make them out to be really bad? what is it about them that makes them so bad?

If it isn't...........my advice is, go out with him for at least two years, then you should know exactly whether you'll be treated well. This applies to all, whether Turkish, English..whatever

Been there done that!

l heard yesterday my ex saying that "we men just love women. I cannot stop looking after girls". He used to joke that l am just one of his girlfriends, at first it was a joke untill the truth came out. And we were together for 6years. Well now he's cheating a brit. girl, not me, not anymore

But, some really are good and some are bad...
