Another earthquake hits Christchurch, NZ, today/yesterday and the whole Country has been put on high alert for further movements. What the ramifications are for the real World Cup this coming September/October is beyond me.

Yet more tragedy for the people of Christchurch - their consternation, especially for the long term, is unimaginable.



How can any decision be made to rebuild, or even repair severe damage, when the likelihood of further strong shakes is imminent?
