There will be a continuance of the hearing, the request by K5 for an Interim Injunction to stop Akfinans selling our villas before the outcome of the final case.



This coincides with an eviction hearing for Bob and Jan French on the same day.

Am i correct in understanding that should you be successful in your hearing (I sincerely hope that you are) that would not automatically prevent the eviction application being granted or does your injunction cover such eventualities up and until the full hearing?

My understanding is that the eviction hearings would stop if the Interirm Injunction is granted at least until after the full hearing, but it is important to understand that the Injunction is intended to stop any sale of properties until the outcome of the final hearing. It is unfortunate that the eviction hearing date had already been given and even more unfortunate that it is the same day as the Injunction continuance, sod's law.



Today I am cautiously optomistic.
