It would still be nice to know what you call not expensive, just how much you paid and the cost of a beer/glass of wine.

We were there saturday - it was very busy so I am glad to see that they are doing well.

Beer was 5tl a bottle, wine I think was 28TL a bottle.

I thought the food was delicious (he made a special veggie dish for me as I wasn't too keen on the one that was on the menu) but to me the menu was slightly overpriced. Starters ranged from 9tl (hellim) to 18tl (prawns), veggie main course was 20TL, rib eye steak was 28tl, can't really remember what the prices were of the main courses that the others had.

However, I have heard that their lunchtime menu is cheaper, so why not pop in then and you can look over the evening menu too.

A party of 12 of us went for dinner last night. The food was delicious, the presentation imaginative and the service first class. I will certainly be going back. The bitter lemon cheesecake was excellent, as was everything else

we ordered. I would highly recommend this restaurant and wish them good luck for the future.

We ate at Morellis tonight & enjoyed the meal.

My main (liver) was a bit over cooked but everything else was very nice & the portions were very large!

I have been to lunch at Morellis twice in the past 2 weeks. The food was delicious, freshly cooked and very reasonably priced. The bill for 5 with soft drinks and a beer came to 85tl. I can recommend the pork and noodles, the liver with mashed potatoes; the chicken penne pasta (my favourite so far). The lunch menu is on a large blackboard that can be seen from outside. The restaurant has had a complete makeover from it's Pegasus days. The toilets are clean and newly decorated.

This sounds a great place to try - is it wise to book first? or can you just turn up? - I love apple pie and also that cheesecake sounds quite salivating, are they annointed with fresh cream? I might have a main course as well.
