i don't think it is over the top, in my opinion the site is unique as there isnt any other this side of Girne to match it. Only 2 mins to sea by car and 8 to 10 mins walking

Whole world is in recession.

TRNC land prices are holding steady. land is always a good indicator of future potential. Nearly 6000 unfinnished villas does not help property prices.



Prices on villas will fall because of recession and decline in demand. Unlikely to be to the level that you suggest. Development will slow down as result of lack of development finance, fall off in demand and a decline in permissions to build.

However TRNC market will recover quicker than other Mediteranean regions
