Brrr! Sounds cold Simbas.

Here in Karsiyaka we had a storm last night.

The lightening was awesome to watch and the rain gave the garden a good watering.

Slighlty cooler this morning.

Yep long sleeves on today and last night my hubby put long trousers on!!! First time since about April I think!!!! Mind you we were still sitting outside until it started 'hammering' down!!

And I think the duvet will go on at the weekend!

Just started using a duvet this w/end, previously just a sheet and thin blanket. Still sleeping with all windows open though.

Shorts and singlets during the day still.

Few degrees above freezing here in Ayrshire, but glorious sunshine since yesterday.

Much prefer it to continuous rain, even though it was milder.

JReally looking fwd. to a warm up though, in N.C. November.

What a cold bunch you are, have only just put the top sheet on the bed and then don't always use it. Haven't even thought about the duvet yet.

As you are all speaking of the cold, does anyone know rough prices for the

gas heaters you can buy. We are hopefully coming over for six months in

February and will need heating in our apartment. Any advice gratefully

received.

Evening everyone.

Had a night meeting tonight 7-9 and the top of the car was frozen when I went back to it.

Came back from the TRNC Weds so it feels so much colder.

Cuddle up.

I got back from TRNC two weeks ago, and haven't been able to get warm since!

April (my next visit) seems so far away.

Nemika,

If it is any joy to you sun worshippers over there,my dual fuel suppliers have just increased my bungalow heating bill to £2400 per annum, and it is a very wet and cold evening.

Thoroughly depressing and Monday tomorrow.

If you are cold today in the TRNC, then time to change your butcher.
