The number of supporters is growing wiht every hearing.



Today there was two for the price of one with Akfinans in court with Wadhams/Bushell case and next door (literally) with K5, makes you wonder how many more mortgages they have on hapless victim's homes?



Read how the Advocate for Gary Wadhams was considered to be inappropriately dressed causing the case to be adjourned until the 22nd June.



Read how Boysan Boyra played and outplayed Akan Kursat in court.

The Eviction hearing for Bob and Jan French was also heard today and ADJOURNED UNTIL THE 30th Nov., this means they cannot be evicted durng the summer (if Akfinans behave) and probably means the Judge in this case took the intelligent view to await the outcome of the Injuction Hearing.

Pauline had an e mail from Mary, she could not believe what she was reading.



You are right Lilli, good that Bob and Jan can enjoy the summer in relative peace, allbeti that peace is shattered when the KADERS take up residence in their 'weekend retreat' next door, Pauline's villa.

The question Mary and Geoff must ask themselves now is 'can we afford to pay for any more of this quality of Justice?' Will the award if reinstated ever be paid out? Their legal bills must be horrendous, there are no costs awarded in the criminal case, 65 appearances, the cost does not bear thinking about.

I ask this question of the North Cyprus government.

Does the TRNC have its very own self destruct button? Sadly I think we all know the answer to that as being a very big yes with a very big button.

Think of it this way..... a new idea that may actually help towards the success in growth & economy of the TRNC just a silly little thought off the top of my stupid blonde head (out of a bottle) why not at least try to sort out a few of the property problems that are causing people to turn away from the TRNC. !!!!!!!

confidence brings prosperity.
