We are looking for some bookcases, either pine or beach. Does anyone know where we can buy them or does anybody have any for sale? We do not want tall ones but worktop height would be best. The butlers wife

I am also looking for anyone who is selling/getting rid of bookcases/shop display shelves. However, I only need MDF ones, not 'real wooden' ones, and any size considered! My books have run out of space to go, and are now piled up all over my house! This thread reminded me that I must do something about it soon, or I will end up on that American programme, Hoarders, and my cats will be taken into care!

Saw some long, low level shelving ( pretty sure they were solid wood ) at Amandas Auction ( Ozankoy ) a couple weeks ago..they didn't sell on the day. Amandas will sell certain items to walk-in customers if the price is right,so worth a peek.....Amanda at Iains Auctions ...Tel.) 0392 816 0799...0542 881 2801...Worth ringing first to save a wasted journey...Hope this helps...

Thank you for all your replies, went to see Ian's pine bookshelves and they were perfect, unfortunately they were 2" to big to fit into our car. Ian has to return to the Uk in the next couple of days but hopefully we can sort something out when he returns to Cyprus. The butlers wife
