We wish to inform our valued customers that, from this week there will be an English Speaking Representative available at our Alsancak Branch every Tuesday and Thursday from 8:15 until 5pm. You used to have Ipek there full time. I was told she had gone to another branch as a temporary measure. Can I presume this is not the case?

I have to say I find the communication at the Alsancak branch even when back in England excellent

Generally respond to emails within the hour !!

Highly recommend them

Jefferson, thank you for your post. Ipek is no longer with Iktisatbank which is why I am covering at Alsancak branch twice a week for the time being although you can contact me anytime on my email natalie.haigh@iktisatbank.com or call 0392 815 5351 Mon, Wed, Fri or 0392 821 3336 Tues and Thurs.
