We have used Akinlar Ltd,they fitted our fire which we brought with us in our container and last year for acouple of repairs. We were charged 45 TL to replace the ropes around the doors and one of the pieces of glass in the door.Villager fires in the UK wanted 25 poundsfor the glass and i still had to get it out to here.I dont know how their prices compare but the son speaks very good english, the phone number is 0533 861 7438.They have a shop on the road going round to the Bellapais lights and a factory in Lapta. As for wood we've used the one that advertises in Cyprus Today,he's the one that also sells manure, hope thi helps

We used Akinlar too, they were very professional and only asked for money two weeks after completing the instalation, when we were completely satisfied, would definately recommend them, they can even build logburners to measure, for those that need to fit them into a readymade marble fireplace.

I have used stone art in nicosia for wood burners..... They have a great range from original to some more modern styles.... The prices are good and the service is great, went in for quote on Wednesday and he was up at the house the next to make sure everything was ok.... All will be fitted and sorted within ten days.... They have a 5 year guarantee and the burners are from France.... He has all the spares, fittings and knowledge.... It is not hard to find either... He also sells lots Other things too.... Well worth a look.. Go to the Merit hotel in Nicosia, take the next left to the traffic lights, turn right and he is on the left... He also speaks very good english....
