This must be a bargain at £57000. It is a village house in the heart of Edremit and comes fully furnished. Three double bedrooms, large lounge with fire place, large kitchen and one bathroom but room for a second. In all it is 150 square metres. The garden is small but the flat roof affords fabulous views and the possibility to extend upwards. The kocan is in owners name and all taxes are paid. Call John on 0542 8833085

try Boray and with title deeds they are amazing. Sold ours just down from you in just under three weeks. Commission yes, but they work so hard. Thirteen viewings in that space of time and three offers.

It is with Boray among others. It must be a good buy, it is much bigger than a flat, detached and a large balcony and a huge roof to sit on.

It is a freehold village house with stone walls that have been clad, sadly.
