Did that happen..A very big misunderstanding re closed thread.



1) The question had nothing to do with the closed thread.



2) If a member starts a thread.Is it only by receiving an email can the thread get closed ?

2 / Yes , it's the originators topic so if he feels it's the right thing to do for whatever reason , and also if things get out hand , the mod can close it without an e-mail to that person . But it is usually self explanatory as it will be in closure reason

Use this board for its intended purpose, I am beginning to think some of the members on here are not aware of what this board was set up for and there are some that obviously have not read or lately re-read the rules of the board.

Spider if you have a problem with moderation of Cyprus44 then deal with it via e-mail directly to the Forum Admin and failing that e-mail Izzet direct.

What part of rule 4 do you not understand?

It helps a little in the fact that the moderators still see fit if and when to close a thread.



I was thinking that maybe it was to need an email the originator of the thread..Thinking that if the email was not received the thread would remain... Until it got out of hand..
