Has anyone heard any rumours about North Shore builders going bankrupt ? don't want to start a rumour, but have an interest in one of their properties.

Why not go and ask North Shore? Have a look at their sites and see if anyone's working - unlikely they will still be paying people if they are just about to go under.

I do not believe this rumour as they are working hard to finish Water Gardens complex in Dogankoy and have been for a number of months.

If they were strapped of cash they would not be doing this but stalling which I have not found to be the case.

Dear Suzphone, this is just a rumour, which has no connection with the reality. North Shore Development is operating, there are people working at all our sites. We have also started some new projects, which you can check at our website.

I suffered the lack or responses last year but now Dina replies to my e-mails within a matter of hours with updates and photos.

Suggest you deal with Dina direct rather than others at N/S or your agent you bought through?
