| I certainly can Andy. It has become popular all over the world. Just type Zumba on the internet or you tube and you can watch it live. Zumba is a latin inspired dance fitness class featuring motivation music with moves that tone and sculpt your body. Its pure fun - ideal for any fitness level and no experience necessary. Two left feet do not matter its the fun of moving and at the same time calorie burning. Hope that helps. |

| Well actually you are not to old. A lot of my 'movers' are over 50 (and yes ME TOO) Im not ashamed of it. Yes there are other teachers younger than me who probably attract younger 'movers' but a mixed age group doesnt matter, you move as much as you can. As long as you enjoy it it doesnt matter. |

RCT Man I recommend you certainly should try Lindas Class, it is very easy to follow and very uplifting so a great way to start the day. You will be suprised at how much fun you can have while getting fitter.
