Does anyone know why the Grumpy Grouse in Alsancak has shut. Also The Kings Court appears deserted?

Kings Court owns the Grumpy Grouse and are getting it ready to open up again soon as will the hotel.

Can anyone advise me on when K/Crt is likely to open again, is it still owned by Tuhran/Liz/Ali??? I wanted to stay there as single traveller later this year. Anyone have other suggestions? I'm getting on and would like somewhere quiet so I can chill.......in September.....would prefer self catering.



Would appreciate any suggestions

Former Grumpy Grouse is open again. Run by the family who own Kings Court.



Very pleasant. Snack menu only - Bottled Efes 4 tl. Went in yesterday.



Message 4 Yes same family and looked like some rooms occupied.
