| For those people who like myself love a piece of Ham, why don't you do as i do and cure your own its so simple and cheap. Step One get someone to bring over with them some curing salt from Morton, it's cheap Step Two purchase your pork from whatever source in the north it's very expensive ? Step Three Follow simple instructions on cure mix, Step Four sit down and enjoy fantastic Ham whenever you want. Enjoy. ps i can supply address for Morton if required |

| I would like te address for Morton - is it a shop ?? Is curing salt the same as salt petre ? i was told by someone that you are not allowed to bring salt petre onto planes - is that true ? |

| salt peter when its pure is used in explosives but what there view is when its cut with salt no one knows |
