For those people who like myself love a piece of Ham, why don't you do as i do and cure your own its so simple and cheap.

Step One get someone to bring over with them some curing salt from Morton, it's cheap

Step Two purchase your pork from whatever source in the north it's very expensive ?

Step Three Follow simple instructions on cure mix,

Step Four sit down and enjoy fantastic Ham whenever you want.
