Thanks for the mutual admiration society, but support is easy - what you do is hard! I feel tired just watching you! But maybe I should try and copy but I want a guarantee I can end up with a figure like yours, or I shall stay a couch potato.

And well done to all those who physically support you. Look forward to more details and I hope someone give syou a gold medal.

Read all about it (elsewhere). It is the latest exercise craze - Zumpa. It is a kinda belly dancing/movement to music/jive/use every muscle in the body to music! It is 'line dancing' of a different kind and a progression on pilates. But I am sure that Becky could explain all.But not the lazy like me. wonderful Becky has been giving classes with all the proceeds going to charity, whilst making some people fitter (or worn out) than they thought they were! It is fun, energetic, burns 500 calories an hour, and is a social occasion, and all for a few lira.

does that help. Do you now feel as tired and full of admiration for those who do it, as I am.

Zumba is a Latin inspired dance fitness program created by dancer and choreographer Alberto "Beto" Perez in Colombia during the 1990s.

Zumba involves dance and aerobic elements. Unlike a typical dance class where counts are used, Zumba involves following the music with repetitive movements. Zumba's choreography incorporates hip-hop, samba, salsa, merengue, mambo, and some Bollywood and belly dance moves. Squats and lunges are also included.
