Every time i turn on a news channel the Republicans in the USA are talking about "Joe The Plumber". Who the hell is he! I know one of you bright sparks will.

He was a guy that McCain met recently on a campaign trail walkabout who happened to be a plumber called Joe and thereafter was held up to be the 'average Joe' that both parties could make a difference to.
