Ginger Tom cat, who does it belong to ?

We live in Ilgaz and a ginger tom has arrived at our door, he is amazingly friendly and affectionate, so I think he is domestic, wants to be with us all the time.



Can only think his owners maybe moved and he has got lost trying to find his way to his old home?



Surely he can't have been dumped? Someone has loved him.



Any ideas who his rightful owner is ?

I have just seen this now. My 'Minky' has been missing for about 4 weeks now - he is a very pale ginger and has been neutered. We live in Baspinar which is a fair distance from Ilgas but 'cross country' who knows? Any chance of a photo of your ginger tom please?

He has pale stripes in the ginger, but not pale all over. He also has some black around his mouth/lips, only seen when he meows, not sure if that is colouring or an illness? Will look that up on the internet.

Awe don't think it's Mr Minks from description, I fear he has been run over or poisoned - I do a regular trek around the area but so far no sign of him - his brother, Tiger is really missing him as they were always together & seldom ventured very far.
