Supporter welcome as usual. Although tempting to grin a lot, quiet respect please.

What a week, Akan KUrsat cannot be a happy bunny.

During a BRT T.V programme it is alleged a comment was made that the mortage Akfinans has on K5 is illegal.

AFRIKA has given front page and page 3 to K5 today.

Haberdar have promised to attend the hearing tomorrow.

Are the press coming to realise that public interest comes first?

Hearig tomorrow Girned District Court at 10.30 a.m. Thursday 30th June

Might be a tad late, but will get there no matter what. If you're in Girne tomorrow morning, come and join us for a coffee to the rear of the Court. The more the merrier.

My understanding is that Ak Finans bank applied to court for eviction orders. The Defence asked for an injunction to stop stop Ak Finans to transfer the ownership to others. The court refused the injunction and the defence Appealed and the application was sent back to the District Court to be tried again by another judge. So the current hearing is all about the injunction to stop Ak Finans bank from transferring the ownership to third parties. So if the court grants the injunction this time, it will be a good beginning but still a very long way ahead. However it will be great for morale for K5 victims. I wish them luck.

Yes Ismet, a win in this case would be the beginning , but let us all pray it is the beginning of the end for Akfinans Bank and all Banks who seek to remove innocent from their homes.

Never give in, never give up.

As polly would say, come and sit in the naughty, but brave corner in the court coffee shop, just behind the court.

See you all later Pauline x Girne District Court 10.30 a.m TODAY

the kfc legal system is akin to a brian rix comedy farce......

The only difference is that Brian just lost his trousers - the "five" could well loose their houses...........

There has got to be a change before the kfc goes down the pan.............

I wish everyone the success that we all deserve and thanks to Ismet for clarifying exactly what this court appearance is all about.

I too are in a similiar postion although the 'Eviction Orders' are not issued yet, my builder has allegedly been negotiating wit Bank for 3 years to repay debt and still no headway. I think personally this Bank is waiting to see what happens here.

Best of luck K5 wish I was there to support you, but are in my thoughts today and would be grateful for update.

Thinking off you all from Juba Sudan!!
