you can get creme fraiche in Atakara Supermarked and illeli sometimes.

I know it's not similar, but keep your eye out for "Kaymak". It is clotted cream.

Supreme supermarket Catalkoy have creme fraiche but i have never seen quark anywhere not even the south.

Creme Fraiche - Supreme & Carrefour.

Carrefour sells Danone Quark in little pots, I don't buy it as I tried it before. I think they market it for children as it has different fruity flavours and is rather sweet and processed - yuck!

Deniz 1 is right - there is no normal Quark anywhere.

Can't stand kaymak either.

In recipes I substitute Quark with Mascarpone and/or Ricotta.

Please note, most of the supermarkets sell a cheese called 'Nor' it is the local version of ricotta.
