The witness was called carrying 'Pauline's' file from her previous cases. The object of this exercise is to get Pauline thrown out of this case with the same ploy they used on the High Court Judges when they had her Appeal pseudo thrown out, then tried to do her for £1000 costs in a case that didnt have a hearing and then she was told that the £1000 would be waived if she withdrew the case, which she did and put it in an e mail to her Advocate that she 'withdrew the case under duress' What sort of Justice is that? There are far too many deals done in Chambers where the client cannot be present. Again what sort of Justice is that?

Lets us hope she is not about to be thrown to the wolves again. If they want her villa so badly, give her the £120,000 she was awarded. They can have her memorandums.



Seems Akfinans will go to any lengths to keep their weekend retreat, Pauline's villa, they really do need 5 CCTV cameras. They must be the most disliked people on this island

Yet another long wait between now until 26th August 2011, it grinds you down! deals are done in chambers here too!!!



Until you get your award money, your Villa is yours, remember that, the Kadar family have no right to enjoy what is still your home, and will have to pay rent for their week-end retreats!

The degree of corruption goes to the core of this island. To expose one risks exposing them all, are they going to let this happen. I have my reservations, the core being the lowest point but it also reaches up very high too, right into the 'corridors of power' . To get rich quick is all they care about abd if they have to roll over ordinary people like you and me, then that is exactly what they will do.
