one bedroom apartment on the ground floor on sweetwaterbay for sale. somes with all furniture, including corna sofa bed, tv, dvd player, white goods etc..... the bathroom is tiled throughout and has a luxury sink and shower , aswell as wooden beams in the sitting room.



currently renting out around 5-8 times per year. asking price £55k, inlcudes everything in the apartment. the local area is really picking up and proprerty prices are expected to increase in the near future!

Could be super however about 25K over priced sorry but one can buy 3 bedroom homes with pools for 70K. For the past 7 years everyone expects the prices to increase . . . It's not going to happen sorry

well aren’t we a negative so and so ?!? that’s your opinion, to which you are entitled. however all key indicators point to a pick up in the global property markets over the coming years, especially places like north Cyprus which are growing in tourism figures and also growing in student numbers.... either way your comment is negative and I feel it has a lack of constructive criticism....sorry to sounds like I’m moaning but anyone who would have potentially been interested will see your comment and probably leave the page
