dehlla i cant really understand where you are comıng from in fact or where you are going to!!!!!!

i must say by the sounds of it you must of either been heavily ripped off or you know someone who has been ripped off

Dodger just to put you out of your misery the builder is from the north east and his surname name rhymes with bob and he is allegedly wanted in England for various crimes. Allegedly he is responsible for starting a development, without planning permission, selling some houses twice or three times over.His surname is appropriate for someone who steals from other people. but like i say time and time again you got to do you homework and dont be naive and flash your money around at any tom-dick and harry

personally i blame the agents (not all of them) because they are too quick to get the commision and bonous of these dodgy building companies and the agent themselves dont do the homework and research on these companies because they prefer the pound signs!!!

If the agent had some sort of quality control test on these builders (not hard to find out if these companies are dodgy cyprus is a small place) then half of these dodgy bobs would be out of buisness. thats why agents get the blame because they are first point of contact to the customer so they also get the bad publicity like uniwins (not saying uniwins are bad)and then in turn puts a bad name on all the good agents and builders

HASAN SUNGUR is a family man, has alot of respect in the TRNC Government,

and knows the score with the rogue Estate agents and builders. This guy could possibly solve the problems.
