Full Credit to CENGIS and the hotel manager .



There were Grand opening Party at Haci Ali Pool Bar. Lapta last night BUT I called in today had a chat with them and they are/ have taken steps to get over the problems.



Full credit to them had I not taken the trouble top tell them the problems I HAD WE WOULD NOT HAVE EATEN THERE AGAIN we will now after there reassurances and them recognising they had a problem.



If you were there and had a problem pop in and have a chat with them they are quite receptive.



If you did not have a problem, problem yok GLAD YOU DID ENJOY IT.

There is no point in elaborating they admitted there were problems they have / are taking steps to prevent a repetition .

We were at Haci Ali last night and yes there were some problems, some of the food was pretty poor and it was also served almost cold, not surprising seeing how far the kitchen was from the tables. The lighting on the tables was inadequate so people couldn't see what they were eating, but it was quite windy so I don't think candles would have been suitable.

Despite all of that the staff did their very best and we were given complimentary drinks by way of an apology.

It's a beautiful setting and I hope that the management can sort out these problems, we will be going back to give them a second chance and I would urge others to do the same.

I do hope they can get these teething problems sorted out. It's a lovely setting and the pool is beautiful. Cengis, as No.1 says, is a really nice person and deserves to succeed.
