We had access to E2, CNBC and TNT here where we rent but last week we lost all but TNT. Anyone able to explain what has happened. Don't want to buy package as near end of our lease and possibly moving. Also when you rent fully furnished should tv package be inclusive, provided you pay a high rent?

Hi mitsi,

I rent my property out and although I provide television I do not provide package. It is up to the tenant if they want to pay for this. The rent is kept to a sensible price, so as to be competative. If there is a TV package already in place when you rent, you will expect to pay a higher price for this.

hi

mitsi you dont have to take your box to any shop, all you do is go in to the installation menu on your sat box and go in to manual search and put this frequency in 12.731 v symbol rate 3333 and make sure the network search option is tuned on and then search and all the new frequencies to all the channels on turksat will be found including e2,cnbce,buisness channel (movies at nite) aswell as turkmenilli which has got movies on there in the evening and mtv,tnt has not changed its freq

hope this helps

If you follow Uk Turks advice you should be able to fix it as I managed to do so with his help and a bit of stuffing arround to familiarise myself with the menu options etc.
